This generation one unit displays the 4 red LEDs indicating “exercise is not set” but once I set the exercise in the usual way, it continues to run and will not shut off when the SW1 auto-off-manual sw is set to off. It continues to run indefinitely beyond the normal cycle. Have to pull the 15 amp fuse to stop it. I have replaced the main circuit board/controller, the SW1 switch, and exercise setting switch. Did visual and manual check for loose/damage wires. So far it all looks normal. What else could be over-riding the OFF position of the switch, keeping it running?

Not familiar with your unit but I found thread that might give you some ideas;

When you set the exercise you are starting an exercise run. Leave it in Auto until the exercise completes. It should then shut down.

Make sure the main switch (auto-off-manual) does not have water in it. You may have to take the control panel off to turn it upside down to see is any comes out. I have seen this problem before. If it has water spra a liberal amount of WD 40 into the switch. If this doesn't seem to be the problem then I am guessing a bad control board. Do the lights continue to flash when the unit is running after you attempt to set the exerciser?

Check DIP switches on PCB. That unit has remote start option, and may have a dip setting for a GTS switch. Remember anytime you change a DIP setting, you have to power cycle the board for that setting to take effect.

Thank you for your prompt replies. 1. The unit will continue running well beyond the nml 10 min exercise period. 2. I will check dip switches. 3. I have actually tried a new main “SW1” switch too. Thanks.
