Tommy
I've noticed that the green light/led is harder to see during the day than when the generator was new. It's three years old with original battery. Except for a twice hard start and run, which can't be replicated and hasn't happened since, it has performed great and started at 5degrees F. Are my eyes getting bad or maybe the outside needs to be wiped clean?

This is a dumb concern, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Thanks

Tommy, check for wasp nest or grass and dirt behind the door, they do get dirty.

Seems like that lens is a perfect place for spider webs. I make it a point to open the door and wipe it clean on a PM visit.

They also like to build them around the LEDs themselves as well as the plastic fogs like car headlight lenses.

Send that snow up to us!!!!!!!!! The sled trails are snirt :(

Those clear viewer windows on the side of the generators can become hazed if they are in direct sunlight. If you take some headlight polish to them, you can shine them up to be clear again.

If you receive a wet box it originally had a snow ball inside
