Hi guys,
I have a Guardian 22KW that is about 18 months old.  The Generac decal fell off the RH side of the lid.  It was glued on.  Today when walking by I saw hornets buzzing around the two holes in the lid that are in the lid but not utilized.  The existing holes would be used for a decal that would be installed with push nuts.  Does anyone know if there is a decal available that utilizes studs with push nuts that would fit my generator?  I can't see ordering another original as it will fall off like the 1st one.  If so a part number would be appreciated.  Thanks.

you could always install a new original one with exterior style double sided tape, but the older style push in (wich were much better) for a 22kw unit is 0G8160. its refered to "Badge holder, oval". thats zero G 1860 by the way.

Thanks.  Is this a plastic holder for a stick on decal?  Does this utilize studs and push nuts to fasten to the lid?  I can't find a good picture of the part number to determine the previous questions.

Could find either part number in the Ziller search. Is this part still available?

Same here on an 11KW unit. Double sided tape (thin) worked like a charm.

just go to other parts sites if zillars cant get it for you, and type in a search for "badge". i found sone doing a search. im not sure i can list theme on this site though.

Call Ziller on the phone and ask them if they can get it.  The demand for a badge would be so low that it is not worth stocking it.

I looked online for a picture or drawing of the above part number.  Only picture I could find was of the part just being a piece that would hold a stick-on badge.  It didn't have a Generac logo on the piece at all.  Anyone know for sure what the above part number actually is?  Thanks.

Seriously.... Back to my original question I asked about the 0G8160.  IT IS A BADGE HOLDER.  NOT THE BADGE INCLUDING THE HOLDER.  SEE YOUR ABOVE REPLY TO MY EARLIER QUESTION.  Look at what your query shows for a 22kw badge.  One certainly can't tell by the picture of a 0G8504T (NOT 0G8160 that was provided) if it is a replacement badge that just sticks on or what I asked about.   I originally asked if there is a 22KW badge secured using the existing holes in the cover and utilizes push nuts.

0G8504T  adheres to the 0G8160
Silicone works for the original. I would ball peen hammer the two holes first. they are proud of the lid a little bit
