I have a 8kw
Modal # 0056100
S/N 5347120
After pulling the 7.5amp fuse for a reset of "overcrack"
All my lights are flashing?
Also it doesn't want to start on cold weather?
It's -6C & I did get it going, all lights are still flashing?

What can I do about thee lights?
What can I do about colder temp. starts?

Thanks all 🙂

All lights flashing means that the exercise time is not set.

Valve adjustment would be the first thing I'd do if it hasn't been done already.  Second the exercise time comment.

You don't need to pull the fuse to reset a fault, simply turn the unit to off for a couple seconds.  When you pull the fuse you loose the exercise program.  I would replace the coil if it hasn't been done in addition to what was recommended above.

Peddler,  do you find as many problems with prenexus 8kw as the nexus and starting, rpm sense loss etc.?  Seems the throttle body was the big problem with those.  I see fewer of them so maybe that's why.

First we sell very few 8/9KW units.  I would say with the exception of the soft rubber bellows that regularly failed, the pre-Nexis units were more reliable.  I have solved most of the RPM sense loss and over-crank issues with the newer units by replacing the coils.  The Nexis unit were particularly troublesome, the EVO's not as much.

I wish there was a video tutorial on how to, on my specific unit.
I work better then written instructions.
Thanks everyone.
