Starter and starter solenoid, mags, and i have put 3 batteries in it and we have changed the cable clamps. I still have the same problem that i have had for 2 years. It is beneficial to our techs if you include the serial number

Welcome to the forum Toot, you say the unit is intermittently faulting out and rebooting, so are you saying it reboots by itself without any intervention from you? If that is true then I would suspect poor connections at the control board or within the wiring harness. It sounds like the unit is ready for exercise or an outage and looses battery voltage at the control board upon an initiation for "crank", faults on RPM sense loss due to it not cranking and then reboots but is already locked out on the fault.

That sounds exactly right. No intervention from me. Tough problem.

Replaced cable ends. I will check neg. Conn. at  the block. Checked neg. Battery at engine and it was tight but i found a loose spade connector on the start relay blue coil wire.
